Who is a candidate for Dental Bridges?
The bridge procedure is incredibly easy and is often done in two visits. We examine your teeth to determine if a bridge is necessary. The more teeth that need to be replaced using one single bridge, the less stable the bridge will be — in this case, we may recommend dental implants to stabilize the bridge.
What happens during the Dental Bridge procedure?
We numb the area, then file down the two surrounding teeth so there is adequate room for the bridge. Impressions are taken and used to fabricate a brand new, customized bridge that blends in seamlessly with the rest of your smile. Your second visit involves placing the permanent bridge, with minor adjustments to the fit so you leave the office smiling with confidence.
