Our office has resumed normal business operations with additional precautions to keep our team and patients safe. The safety of our team and patients is of the utmost importance. The following are new protocols we have in place to ensure your safety.
- Every patient rinses with a 1.5% hydrogen peroxide solution which has been proven to kill the virus on contact.
- We have lengthened appointment times to allow for thorough disinfection of each treatment room.
- The operatories are disinfected with a chemical free disinfectant fogger between patient
- The common areas are disinfected with a chemical free disinfectant fogger multiple times daily
- We have installed 5 Rabbit Air HEPA air purifiers to cover the entire office.
- Each treatment room and the entire office is disinfected using UV-C bulbs.
- We use extra-oral high-speed evacuators to reduce aerosols.
- We have installed plexiglass barriers at the front desk.
- We have clearly marked “Social Distancing Stickers” placed on the floor around the check-out area.
- Our lobby seating area has been closed.
- All patients and team members are required to have their temperature taken and complete a short questionnaire before entering the office.
- All team members are required to wear a mask at all times within the office.
- All patients are required to wear a mask when they enter and leave the office. The only time patients are able to remove their mask is during procedures.
- All patients entering the office are required to sanitize their hands. Hand sanitizer is provided.
